By placing a bid you accept these terms. If you are bidding for a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

Keep1st sells advertising placement on one public ranking board. Every paid bid adds its amount to your listing's cumulative total. The listing with the highest total sits at #1. That is the whole mechanism.

Ranking is deterministic and contains no element of chance. Nothing is drawn, raffled, or awarded by luck. This is an advertising auction, not a game of chance, and no prize is offered.

Your accumulated total is never taken away. Being outranked means another advertiser accumulated more, not that you lost what you paid for.

We do not promise how long you hold any rank, how many clicks or impressions you receive, or any commercial result. Another advertiser may outrank you at any moment, including immediately after you pay.

Traffic and click figures shown on the site are measured, not guaranteed, and may be revised when we correct measurement errors.

Bids are paid one at a time through Stripe Checkout. We never receive or store your card number. The exact amount is shown before you are sent to Stripe.

The Thai interface charges in THB and the English interface charges in USD. The payment methods available, such as card and — for THB — PromptPay, are those shown at checkout; PromptPay settles solely in THB and is never offered on USD payments. Amounts shown in the other currency are indicative; the currency you are charged in is the one shown at checkout.

Ranking is compared in a single internal unit so that bids paid in different currencies can share one board. The conversion rate applied to your bid is the rate in force when the payment succeeds.

Keep1st holds no balance for you. There is no top-up, no stored value, no credit, and no daily deduction. Each payment buys one bid and nothing is left on account.

A bid is delivered the moment your listing's total updates and the listing is shown on the public board. Because delivery is immediate and complete, paid bids are not refundable once your listing appears.

We refund in full when the failure is ours: your payment succeeded but the bid was not credited, the board was unavailable for an extended period, or we removed your listing without a breach of these terms. Write to us and we will make it right.

This does not limit rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.

You are responsible for your listing's title, description, and destination. Do not advertise: anything illegal in Thailand; gambling or lotteries; adult content; drugs, vaping products, or alcohol where prohibited; supplements, cosmetics, medical devices, or health claims without the licences Thai law requires; financial products or investment returns you are not licensed to offer; anything infringing another party's trademark, copyright, or likeness; malware, phishing, or deceptive downloads; or claims you cannot substantiate.

We may remove a listing that breaks these rules, without refund, and may report unlawful content to the authorities.

If you believe a listing infringes your rights or breaks the law, write to us with the listing and the reason and we will review it.

Your description is stored exactly as you wrote it and is never edited. So that both audiences can read the board, we also machine-translate it into the other language and show that version to readers using it. Translated text is labelled as automatic wherever it appears.

A machine translation can be wrong. If accuracy matters to you — and it does for anything with a regulated claim — write the second language yourself in the bid form. Your wording is used verbatim and carries no automatic-translation label.

You remain responsible for the claims in your original description. We are responsible for labelling which text is ours.

We may suspend or remove a listing for fraud, chargeback abuse, artificial click inflation, attempts to manipulate the board, or repeated content violations. Where the cause is your breach, we do not refund.

The service is provided as is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and may change or discontinue features.

To the extent Thai law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for bids in the ninety days before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here on the day you bid. This version is dated 2026-08-23.

These terms are governed by Thai law and disputes fall to the courts of Thailand. Where the Thai and English texts differ, the Thai text prevails.
